Our lining machines feature significant differences to other lining machines which results in many advantages
- Sealless Pump (very low maintenance)
- Reactive mix ratio control (Computer controlled independant pumps continually adjust the ratio).
- Instant Ratio changes for different resins without the need for physical pump leg changes.
- Unlimited addition of resin whilst lining (160 Metre of Ø1200mm pipe 3 mm thick = 1800 Litre).
- Smaller resin reservoirs, less waste and reduced costs.
- Maximum 3,500 Kg.
- 0.25 metre / min to 10 metre / min umbilical speed.
- 2.3 Litre Diesel Engine (100% load = max fuel consumption 11 Litre per hour).
- Built in Compressor (No other machinery required on site for the rig operation).
- Suction filteration to 0.5 mm (30 mesh).
- Very high pressure rotary union (350 Bar).
